All Qorvus Qcode, Qnode and MeshCam nodes are entitled to 90 days free customer support. Please note that all Support Requests which are outside of the 90-day free support time will be charged a fee of $95 per hour or nearest ½ hour window
 
Please note that in-warranty support requires that all equipment and related data and power cables and materials has been installed professionally with proper attention to surge-protection, grounding, shielding, and waterproofing, in accordance with national low-voltage electrical standards including but not limited to IEEE 1100, UL 497A & B, NFPA 780, and NEC 285.
 
All Qorvus Qcode, Qnode and MeshCam nodes are entitled to 6 month free software updates. Extended service plans are available here. Please note that all update requests which are outside of the 6 month window  will be charged a fee of $100 per node for an additional 6 months of updates.
 
Custom Engineering is available at rates ranging from $125 to $225 per hour. Please contact us for a quote for your project.
 
Field Engineering at your site, is available at a rate of $125 per hour or $1250 per 8-hour day including climbs. Please contact us well in advance to schedule this service.

Qorvus provides best-efforts support for environments that include non-Qorvus wired or wireless equipment or after-market software such as third-party VMS packages, at a rate of $125 per hour calculated to the nearest ½ hour window.

Payment for support must be made via Paypal in advance other than for integrators or suppliers with established credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers with outstanding unpaid balances that are 45 days or more overdue are NOT eligible to receive any form of support, including access to the Qcode User System, node monitoring, hardware or software update services

To receive technical support, please be sure to have the model type and serial number of the product(s) in question available. We will be unable to respond to your inquiry without this information. In addition, for direct remote support for your devices, we will need the following information:
 
Public IP address for your gateway (at least port 22 must be open) Root password or Teamviewer user name and password
